All of our wedding collections include a complimentary engagement session. Why? An e-session is SOOOO important for several reasons!
First and foremost, it gives you and your fiancé(e) a chance to step away from wedding planning and get outside for some fun quality time together! I know...I know...you're probably thinking that getting photos taken sounds more stressful than fun, but I promise, I've got you!
In the first 15 minutes of your e-session, we'll quickly go over some basic posing that will have you both owning your session! During your e-session, we'll also have the chance to get to know one another and you'll experience how I shoot and how I handle posing and lighting. This session will make a HUGE impact on how your wedding day flows.
TAKE SOME TIME TO RECONNECT
I’ll arrive on your wedding day already knowing how you two interact, what your best poses are and how to photograph you in a genuine way! What I will learn about you during your engagement session is invaluable! You will feel like such a pro on your big day because of the great practice you had during your engagement session, and that’s how it should be!
The best engagement sessions take place at a location that is meaningful to both of you so start thinking about where that is - the place you met, a vacation home, engaging in a favorite activity? I'll help you brainstorm some ideas when we meet, so if nothing pops up right now, it's totally fine!
I'll also help you put together your e-session wardrobe so that you both look stylin' for your session.

I take getting to know all of my couples very seriously! Whether I am photographing your wedding (ooooh...I sure hope so!) or not, THE single best way to get ahhh-mazing images of you is for you both to be comfortable in front of the camera. That's why I insist on at least a video chat before we meet for your session.
I absolutely LOVE hearing the stories of how you met, what defines you as a couple and all about the proposal! I am also obsessed with wedding gowns, so feel free to send me pics if you're dying to share but don't want to spoil the surprise for family and friends...I won't tell...promise!!

I met Stacey at a bridal show. She was welcoming and fun to talk to! She photographed Robert and I’s engagement session, which was an absolute blast! We uber’ed around Pittsburgh taking photos at various locations, adding beauty to the photos. Since we are from Pittsburgh it really was special to me to get those historical backdrops of the yellow bridges, shots atop Mt Washington, the Point with the fountain (of course) and Station Square. We got our photos in an album which we used at our wedding for guests to sign and leave heartfelt messages inside, which made a great keepsake to remember our day. It was everything I asked for.
